		Todd and his crew replaced my wooden deck with a beautiful TREX Transcend deck. Todd was very patient while I decided on the color for the deck and railings/posts. He never complained when I completely changed my mind and decided on colors I originally told him I wasn’t interested in. Even with the weather against them, the crew worked hard and were always pleasant and respectful. The steps needed to come to a peak, and the peak needed to line up with the peak in the existing walkway/patio below the deck. Todd used his creativity to design steps that not only accomplish this, but that also make the deck special. The post cap lighting is a great addition. I am very happy with my new deck and look forward to spending many hours on it.

He made suggestions from his experience that we didn't get from the books (or other contractors)and we ended up with a deck that was vastly better than what we "knew" we wanted. 		We requested several bids to remove an aging wooden deck and install a new Trex Transcend deck. Other builders came over and took a few quick measurements, then gave us an estimate to replace the old deck with a Trex deck of the same exact design. Todd came over and really looked over our existing set up and the whole deck/house/lower porch area, then discussed a number of possible improvements before submitting a design. His suggested improvements gave us a much sturdier design than the previous deck (and other bidders). Todd's design also freed up space on the porch beneath our deck, and by taking advantage of standard material lengths we were able to add about 50 extra square feet to the deck surface without purchasing any additional support materials. From the start it was clear to me that Todd was approaching the job as though it was *his* deck. He wasn't looking just to throw out a quick estimate, he was suggesting how to maximize our investment and build the best deck possible for what we wanted to spend. Todd's crew was at our house at (or before) sunrise each day, and put in some long days. They do thoroughly professional work. Everything was well organized: materials, delivery, scheduling, permitting, inspections. Todd handles everything, I didn't have to make a single phone call, or fill out any paperwork. Anyone who has done any kind of home improvement project knows that delays and cost overruns are the rule, not the exception. I'm happy to say that our new deck was the *first* project we've ever done that was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend Todd and his team without hesitation. I believe if you go with them you will get the best possible deck for your investment. Thanks guys!

		I ran into Todd at the home show in Allentown. I was looking to replace my deck that was around my above ground pool. When I was ready to get estimates, I contacted several builders, Todd being one. After Todd came for the estimate, a day or two later I received his proposal. I waited several weeks for the others to respond. Todd contacted me during this time inquiring about the estimate. The feeling I got was that he wanted the job where as the others seemed to care less. I am not sorry that I chose his company. They arrived on time to start and were done in 3 days. The work was meticulous. Todd over sees every detail of the construction. The crew he has are very pleasant and courteous. Afer completion the entire grounds were cleaned of any debris. I would recommend Todd to anyone who is interested. He is competent,meticulous and very fair in his pricing. I requested several of his business cards so I could hand them out to whoever was interested

		Todd and his crew did a fantastic job on our deck. He built one in the front of our house to give the front of the house more "depth" and look more indigenous to the area. I told Todd my vision and how important that it was that the deck look like a porch and not a deck. He built it exactly how I wanted. He provided drawings ahead of time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it, and in the time frame he tole me he would. He also secured the proper permits. Todd pays attention to the details. Todd was one of many contractors that I had give me an estimate for the project. He is not the cheapest, nor is he the most expensive, but he was the one that left me with the most piece of mind. The styling that Todd uses is gorgeous. All my neighbors that almost never talk to me have stopped while walking to tell be what a beautiful porch we have. I have been passing out Todd's contact information to all neighbor's that are interested. Once the project was underway I could see excellent progress. Todd was concerned that he did not hear from me while the building was happening. I was so happy with the way it was coming along, there was no need to talk to him until completion. I told him that silence was golden from me. Would I use Todd again? YES! He will be refurbishing an existing, elevated back yard deck and adding a staircase to it. I am so confident in his abilities, I did not get estimates from others. Once again, he understood exactly what I wanted. I plan on having him give me an estimate for an above ground pool deck in the near future as well.
